After completing a purchase from Le Orenda, Orders are shipped from Sunday to Thursday. Our Carriers will deliver the order in a span of 3 working days between 8:30am – 8pm.

Le Orenda relies specific companies for all shipments. Le Orenda will start the shipping process as soon as our customer completes the order. Our carriers will be following the order and the product will arrive at the earliest. Le Orenda Shipping Rates:

  1. We charge a flat rate for shipping in case of COD all over UAE. We charge you what the desired shipping company charges us.
  2. The charge is based on weight and location. The shipping charge will be mentioned when you place an order at the final checkout section. However, COD charges are not applicable for orders above AED800 and will be delivered free to your location.

If you checkout using your credit card, Le Orenda will not be charging any credit card fees. You will be charged only for the order you have placed.  If you have any further queries on rates you can mail us to INFO@LEORENDA.COM

When you place the order, we will be asking for your email ID. Le Orenda will be sending an automated email containing a Tracking ID. You can follow the complete information about your order using your Tracking ID. You can also call us on our customer service number 800leorenda or even mail us at INFO@LEORENDA.COM to know the details about your order. Le Orenda customer service team will always be there for our customers.

In-Store Pick-Up option?

Le Orenda also offers you to pick up your order via Le Orenda In-Store Pick up option. Le Orenda is open for our customers from Saturday-Thursday 9am – 4pm. If you have an order that you can just stop by and pick up, Le Orenda will provide you the better option. You can call us beforehand so that we can have it ready for you. Are the Products in stock?

Yes, Le Orenda keeps all products held in stock. However, we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock. Le Orenda also provides our customers the preference to order the products, even when they are out stock. We will also be delivering the products within the exact time limit. 

What are the lead times?

We aim to ship our orders within 1-3 working days for domestic orders and 3-5 working days for GCC countries orders. However, this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also, we do have a few special-order items that have longer lead times. What time products will be delivered?

Our Carriers will be delivering the products between 8:30am-8pm on all working days. If any delay in delivery occurs you can contact us at INFO@LEORENDA.COM

Are there any Customs, Duties and Taxes for orders shipping outside of the UAE?

Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties and tax fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. How to cancel an order you placed in Le Orenda?

If you have accidentally placed an order, or the product you ordered, is not what you wanted, you can mail us at INFO@LEORENDA.COM, within 24 hours, with your Name and Order No., along with your reason for cancellation. The mail should be sent from the same email ID, as mentioned in your order. We will cancel your order with no further delay.
